A Brief Introduction

Phoenix On-Line Foundation (the brainchild of Francine St Jean and a small band of like minded individuals) is a non-profit organization dedicated to and for citizens with disabilities, their families, their caregivers, their friends, support professionals, educators, clinicians and other interested parties.

  • The Nexus is a free service to the internet community and the Phoenix On-Line Foundation is run entirely by volunteers.

  • We also have a registered chat room where you can meet the hosts and ask questions regarding computer access for users with a disability, or just Comic Chat in general.

  • Our hosts come from all walks of life and are spread across the globe - Canada, Netherlands, America, France & England - to name just a few.
